自己PR	Hello! I am teacher Toni and I like watching movies, reading books and I love to eat! I'm sure you do too and I can't wait to hear more about you in our class. "Remember who you are and the game will change." I love what it implies because it reminds me that I'm capable and undermining myself is the only cause of my mediocrity. Teaching kids will consume much of your patience and it requires maximum effort. I'm a Sunday school teacher and their attention span is pretty short and it's hard to keep them interested that's why I try to create activities that could match their current hobbies. Children that are younger though are much more exhausting because all they do is run and scream and as a teacher, specially that I teach inside a church, it's important that I am composed and don't let anger get the best of me because honestly, I'm not very patient but I am always trying my best to never make the children feel that I am upset with them.By always giving them genuine compliments over their sentence constructions and pronunciations. Of course we're told to always tell them "very good! or "good job!" but it's very textbook-like behavior so the next time that I get to teach again, I'd try to sound more enthusiastic when praising them for their efforts in class. If I'm being honest, I don't think I have that much of a difference with them because majority of the teachers I met are as hardworking as I am. We take corrections very seriously and we try to make the best of each class even though some students are difficult to deal with. But if I were to really try and see what makes me different from them is that I always think I still have much more to improve even though I feel like my grammar is good enough or I feel like my pronunciation is fine. I keep on noticing the things I could've done better such as smiling more or correcting the sentences better. I take to heart the improvements I'm suggested with and I never think that the company is asking too much of me. I always feel like everything I do is wrong so I always try to make sure that I'd do it right next time.
